OpData-Drive
A surgical case logbook and clinical case registry for surgeons
OpData-Drive lets surgeons record the operations they perform in a structured form, review their own statistics and, if they choose, sync everything to their own Google Sheets spreadsheet. It ships specialty-specific forms for 11 surgical branches.
OpData-Drive is professional documentation software: a clinician keeps a record of the operations they themselves performed. It is not a medical device or a clinical decision support system; it does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, provides no medical advice, and is not a health service offered to patients.

Features
Specialty-specific forms
Separate record forms for 11 surgical branches: Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics and Traumatology, General Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Target structure, classification, procedure type, implant and graft options change per branch.
Works offline
Enter records on mobile and desktop without a connection; once you are back online they sync in the background.
Statistics
See your total case count, distribution over time and diagnosis or procedure breakdowns; group by year, month and week.
Google Sheets sync
Connect your Google account and your records are written to a spreadsheet created in your own Drive. The spreadsheet is yours — download, share or analyse it whenever you like.
Teams
Add the OpData users you operated with to a case as team members; the record then also appears in their list.
Premium
Monthly and annual subscription options, with a 7-day free trial.
Pricing
OpData-Drive is free to download. The Premium subscription costs $2.99 per month or $17.99 per year and includes a 7-day free trial. Depending on where you buy, the price may be shown in your local currency and include applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the terms.
Your data stays yours. Records are stored encrypted on your device with SQLCipher and transferred over TLS. The app does not collect patient names — only initials may be recorded. No ads, no analytics and no tracking software are used.
