Deleting Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.

1. From inside the app (recommended)

Open OpData-Drive and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
Tap Delete My Account at the bottom of the page.
Type the confirmation word in the dialog and tap Delete Permanently.

2. If you cannot reach the app

Send an email titled "account deletion request" to support@oddsoftware.app from the address registered to your account. Once your identity is verified the request is processed within the statutory period.

3. What is deleted

The following are deleted permanently:

All of your operation and case records
Your patient records (initials, age range, sex)
Your profile details (name, email, institution, title, ODD ID)
Your authentication record
The local encrypted database on your device

4. What you also need to do

Your Google Sheets spreadsheet is created in your own Google Drive and is not accessible to us; delete it yourself from Drive if you wish.

If you have an active subscription, deleting the account does not cancel it. Cancel the subscription separately from the subscriptions section of your App Store or Google Play account.

5. Retention

Personal data other than records we are legally required to keep (for example invoice or transaction records under financial legislation) is deleted or anonymised.
